Terms of Service for HRMS

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Nawiri HR application (the "Service") operated by Div Code Universe ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Accounts & Subscription
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree to be responsible for all activities or actions that occur under your account.
2. Service Usage
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not upload or transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
3. Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all data you input into the Service, including all sensitive employee information. We are a processor of this data on your behalf.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Div Code Universe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **The Republic of Kenya**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
